Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

For a return to be eligible:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Items with custom designs, AI-generated prints, or personalized elements are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued only under these circumstances:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and cannot be replaced.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

• Custom-designed or personalized items.

• Sale or clearance items.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If you need a different size or style, you will need to place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
